Yoko Ono's John Lennon-memorial, The Imagine Peace Tower or Peace Column í Viðey, outside of Reykjavík, Iceland.
It was ceremoniously lit this evening and I found myself a good spot to catch it.
I categorized it under monument because I set out to photograph the peace light, the northern lights were a bonus.
Excuse the lack of quality. A tripod is on top of my Christmas wishlist...
